1 product introduction

1.1 strong laminate flooring

with the development of home decoration market and the improvement of people's living standards, floor decoration materials are developing in a diversified way. Wood flooring with its beautiful, wear-resistant, practical, easy to clean and other characteristics quickly occupied half of the paving material market. Wood flooring includes solid wood flooring and laminate flooring. The structures of the two are quite different due to different substrates. This paper mainly introduces the laminate floor related to wear-resistant paper, and its structure is shown in Figure 1

is a kind of laminate wood floor, also known as impregnated paper laminated wood floor, which is composed of four layers, from top to bottom: wear-resistant layer, decorative layer, substrate layer and balance layer. The wear-resistant layer is a layer of resin impregnated wear-resistant paper, which is hard, wear-resistant and transparent. The weight of wear-resistant paper is generally 45g/m2

is a decorative layer, which is a layer of decorative paper impregnated with resin. Various log textures can be printed on the surface of decorative paper, which can meet the different preferences of users, and its quantity is generally 70g/m2. The base materials mainly include high-density fiberboard (HDF has not been reported in the previous ceramic and ceramic matrix composite structure), medium density fiberboard (MDF) or high-quality special particleboard. The balance layer is a layer of paper with a large amount, which can keep the floor balanced, not deformed by moisture, and more durable. Balance paper

the quantity is generally 90g/m2

is the conventional process of the production of laminate resistant flooring:

is the quality standard of laminate resistant flooring. There are many indicators, such as water absorption expansion rate, impact resistance, formaldehyde emission, surface wear resistance, etc., of which surface wear resistance is particularly important

1.2 strong surface wear-resistant paper is resistant to

is resistant to surface wear-resistant paper, that is, the outer surface layer of laminate flooring, which is usually made of wear-resistant base paper impregnated with melamine resin. The wear resistance of laminate flooring mainly depends on the surface wear-resistant paper. The reason why the surface wear-resistant paper has wear-resistant performance is mainly because there is a wear-resistant material - Al2O3 on the surface or in the paper. Al2O3, commonly known as corundum, is the material with the fourth hardness. Its particles will become transparent after being impregnated with melamine resin. The content of Al2O3 and the thickness of wear-resistant layer determine the number of wear-resistant revolutions. The number of revolutions of the wear-resistant layer containing about 330g of Al2O3 per square meter is about 4000, the content of 38g is about 5000, and the content of 44g should be about 9000. The greater the content and thickness, the higher the number of revolutions, and the more wear-resistant

at present, there is no unified product standard for surface wear-resistant paper, and foreign manufacturers only formulate their own enterprise standards. Since the wear resistance of wear-resistant paper can only be tested when it is compounded into a wood floor, the wear resistance of wear-resistant paper is generally not tested separately. Other important physical indexes of wear-resistant paper include ration, tightness, whiteness, breaking length, wet strength, longitudinal water absorption height and ash content. Among them, the water absorption height of paper determines the impregnation performance and glue absorption amount of wear-resistant paper. A certain wet strength ensures that the paper will not break when soaking and has a certain dimensional stability. Paper ash mainly refers to the content of Al2O3 in wear-resistant paper. Generally, the greater the ash, the better the wear-resistant performance (the greater the wear-resistant revolution after the composite wooden floor). The physical indicators of an imported paper abroad are as follows:

is the quantitative resistance of 44.7g/m2

is the tightness of 0.39g/cm3

is the whiteness resistance of 79.6%

is the opacity resistance of 59.4%

is the length and width of crack resistance: 2.69km, Longitudinal: 5.07km

is the humidity resistance strength longitudinal: 2.15km

is the longitudinal water absorption height 42mm/10min

is the air permeability 21.7s/400cc

is the ash resistance 29.5%

is the abrasion resistance revolution 5238 revolution

is the current abrasion resistance layer manufacturing process is divided into two types: ordinary abrasion resistance process and liquid abrasion resistance process. Among them, ordinary wear-resistant technology is a mature technology widely used, while liquid wear-resistant technology is a new technology just developed recently

2.1 ordinary wear-resistant process

is an ordinary wear-resistant process, which means that Al2O3 has been attached to the surface or inside of the base paper, and the base paper is made into a wear-resistant layer after being impregnated in melamine resin. Due to the different positions of Al2O3 on January 5th, 2015, the wear-resistant base paper can be divided into two categories: Al2O3 on the paper surface; Al2O3 is in the paper
